An indoor city run by kids

Planning your visit to KidZania with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?

KidZania aims to be fully inclusive and we welcome all visitors. The city has been designed to ensure compliance with The Equality Act 2010. This means the city is fully accessible for any visitor who has Special Educational Needs or a Disability (SEND).

KidZania London highly recommends a pre-visit tour to all teachers, but especially those with SEND pupils. Please contact the Schools Team to book a tour (schools@kidzania.co.uk).

Accessibility and Allergy bands can be provided for SEND pupils and their carers. Please inform the Schools team of any special requirements at the time of booking. Carers tickets need to be issued at the time of booking, we may ask for a letter from the Headteacher or SENCO as evidence of carer status.

Please view and download our SEND Visual Aid which may help with your preparations for and during your visit. Every activity has a Visual Aid which will help you prepare your pupils for the job they choose. Please ask the KidZania employee at each establishment.

All children have the possibility of being whomever they like, and build their confidence by trying new things. Under franchise rules, KidZania London can only accommodate children up to the age of 14. Objectively viewed, there are safety implications affecting all children on site in extending the age range (and gap) even further.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Schools Team: schools@kidzania.co.uk
