When purchasing an Annual Pass Gift Voucher online, you will receive a downloadable e-voucher that should be used to issue the Annual Pass. This can be gifted to the recipient and when they are ready, redemption should be completed either by phoning our team on 0330 131 3333 or in person at KidZania London. Please note that all gift vouchers should be redeemed for the Annual Pass within six months of purchase, and once redeemed will be valid for one year. 

Make sure you guarantee your entry by booking your visits to KidZania. All you'll need is your 16 digit Annual Pass number.
