We ask that you give us at least 7 days notice of your booking. We cannot accommodate parties with less than 7 days notice. Of course, the more time and notice you are able to give us, the more we have to plan your child’s special day. Email [email protected] or call our team on 0330 131 3333.
Our parties are available in certain time slots, largely at the weekends. We can cater for some after school parties, subject to availability and our opening times. Please contact our team on [email protected] or on 0330 131 3333 to discuss your options.
Parking is available in the Westfield car park. We suggest signing up for Smart Parking here.
Yes, the birthday child is included in the numbers advertised in each package.
Yes, we require a ratio of 1 adult for every 5 children to stay on site during the party at all times. The children will remain the responsibility of the adults in the group throughout the visit.
In order to comply with health and safety, we do not allow any food or drink to be brought into the city. In case of allergies, we do allow birthday cake to be brought it but please agree this when booking.
Like all other children in the city, kids that are part of a birthday group will still be required to queue for activities where necessary. If you want to hire one of our activities for exclusive use by your group, please contact us for our options and prices.
Our dedicated birthday hosts will be your point of contact during your visit. They will greet you at check in, take you into the city and arrange your food and any additional extras. If you have a mini package your birthday host may be serving two mini parties during your visit. We encourage children’s independence when at KidZania, so they will not guide the children throughout their visit.
Once you have booked, you will be sent an attachment with your invitations and party notes.
We suggest that your party arrives 30 minutes before your party start time. We advise that you suggest a meeting place of the main KidZania Entrance which is located on the 1st floor of Westfield, London in between Marks and Spencer and Gap.
Our parties operate on a strict time schedule to allow you exclusive entrance into the city. If you are late for your party you will unfortunately lose out on time and we are unable to extend any of your party slots. Consequently, we advise you to meet up with your party in advance so you can all arrive at the venue together. The adult that booked the party will be responsible for finding any latecomers once the party has entered KidZania.
You will be allocated a trolley on arrival where you can leave your presents and any items, this will be stored in Customer Services. We advise that guests arrive with as little baggage as possible as KidZania will not take responsibility for any lost items at the party.
We will do our best to cater for any dietary requirements. Please notify us of these as soon as possible after booking the party. We are able to arrange halal, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free food. Please do just let us know in advance!
