Youth Group Visit Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions, our specific COVID-19 terms and, where applicable, our ticket and entry terms and conditions (together (“Conditions”) set out all the terms and conditions upon which we provide you and your guests (“you” and “your”) with access to KidZania London.
1 INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1 KidZania London is operated by Edutainment Operations Limited (“we”, “us” and “our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12299506 and have our registered office at: Westfield Shopping Centre, Ariel Way, London, United Kingdom, W12 7GF. Our main trading address for correspondence is KidZania London, Unit 5001, Service Yard B, Ariel Way, Westfield London W12 7GA. We are a limited company.
1.2 All enquiries are to be directed to the Reservations Team on 0330 131 3333 or by e-mailing us at [email protected].
1.3 These Terms & Conditions (“Conditions”) set out all the terms and conditions upon which we provide you and your guests (“you” and “your”) with access to KidZania London.
1.4 In these Conditions “Premises” shall mean the KidZania premises located at Westfield London, Ariel Way, London, W12 7GF.
1.5 For the purpose of these terms and conditions, “Youth Group” shall mean a group of youths or young person’s forming part or a unit of an organised social, political or religious institution. Scouts, Brownies, Badgers and Girl Guides are examples of Youth Groups.
2. MAKING A BOOKING
2.1 Youth Group bookings are only available for Youth Groups.
2.2 Youth Group bookings are available Mon-Sun including days where KidZania London is open to the general public, subject to availability and our opening hours which can be found here: https://kidzania.co.uk/visit-us/opening-hours.
2.3 Youth Group bookings and enquiries can be made by filling in our booking form which can be found here: https://kidzania.co.uk/youth-group-booking-form or on the phone with our Reservation Team on 0330 131 3333.
2.4 A Youth Group shall designate an adult as the person responsible for the booking and of the group on the visit date (the “Group Lead”) and shall notify our Reservation Team of the name of that person at the time of requesting a booking.
2.5 Should it be necessary to change the “Group Lead” the previously designated person responsible for the booking shall inform our Reservation Team at their earliest opportunity and in any event at least 24 hours before the visit of the Youth Group to KidZania London.
2.6 A Youth Group must consist of at least 10 children.
2.7 We offer one free adult ticket for every 10 children attending the visit.
2.8 Youth Groups are required to bring at least one adult (18 years+) for every 10 children.
2.9 If a Youth Group cannot provide our recommended adult-to-child ratio the Group Lead must contact our Reservations Team on 0330 131 3333.
2.10 Advance notification of groups with a significant proportion of children with disabilities or special educational needs is required so their needs can be accommodated to ensure the best possible experience. Risk assessment pre-visits are recommended.
3. AMENDING A BOOKING
3.1 Amendments to bookings (such as adding children/adults or changing the date/time of your visit) can only be made:
3.1.1 by the Group Lead;
3.1.2 at least 24 hours in advance of your visit date; and
3.1.3 payment must be taken at the time the amendments are made.
4. PAYMENT
4.1 Youth Groups must make a single payment for their visit.
4.2 Payment must be made by credit/debit card or BACS payment at the time of booking.
4.3 Youth Group prices cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discounts or third-party payment methods.
4.4 Please note that bookings are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, void if altered and non-refundable.
4.5 Payment must come directly from the designated person responsible for the booking, and not from a third party.
4.6 Additional tickets may be added to the youth group in advance at the Youth Group rate up to the day before the visit. Additional tickets purchased on the day will be subject to our on the day pricing and cannot be purchased at the Youth Group rate.
5. GENERAL
5.1 A Youth Group must check in and out as a complete group.
5.2 At check-in, photographic proof of identity (copy of photo driving licence or valid passport) of the Group Lead will be required.
5.3 It is our clear expectation that:
5.3.1 children and accompanying adults remain the sole responsibility of the Group Lead at all times; and
5.3.2 all accompanying adults will remain on site within KidZania London with their children for the entire duration of the visit.
5.4 IMPORTANT: The entry of a child to KidZania London whether with or without a parent or guardian, with a school, with a group or corporate booking or otherwise is deemed to be consent to that child undertaking all of the activities available at KidZania London.
5.5 The Youth Group shall ensure that the Group Lead, accompanying adults and children are aware of and comply with these terms and conditions and with the terms and conditions available on HERE.
5.6 In the event that any member of the Youth Group breaches any of these terms and conditions, KidZania London shall be entitled at its sole discretion to refuse the Youth Group access to KidZania London or to require the Youth Group to vacate KidZania London or part thereof.
5.7 We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time by notifying you or placing updated Terms on our website. You may not vary these Terms unless agreed in writing with us. You will be subject to the Terms in force at the time that you bought Tickets to KidZania London (unless otherwise notified in writing).
