We ask that all guests satisfy the following four criteria as a condition of entry to KidZania London to ensure the safety of staff and guests...
1. All persons (including children 4+) wear a mask during their visit. Those with some medical conditions or disabilities will not be required to wear a mask.
2. Contactless temperature checks will be in place upon entry to KidZania. Anyone that displays a temperature higher than 37.8 degrees will not be admitted, and we reserve the right to deny entry to the whole party. We will be able to reschedule your visit should this happen.
3. All guests will need to verbally answer three questions before being permitted entry to the attraction to ascertain if any member of the household has been in contact with or are themselves displaying symptoms or coronavirus. If any member of your household should fail to disclose the information requested or provide unsatisfactory answers to the questions, we reserve the right to deny entry to the whole party. We will be able to reschedule your visit should this happen.
4. Ensure one member of your party has downloaded the NHS track and trace app in order for you to check in when you arrive.
We are continuing to follow governmental guidelines and so these are subject to ongoing review.

Since we first began responding and adapting to Covid-19, the health and safety of our visitors, staff and KidZania community has been our first priority.
Please note that under 4s area is temporarily closed and we are not be able to welcome children aged 0-3 to KidZania London at this time.
We have been taking time to implement some further measures and changes we have identified as necessary in making our city the most safe, fun and enjoyable place it can be. Please download our health and safety guide for full details of the measures that will be in place.
We have developed a strict and detailed security system that involves:
There is only one entrance and one exit into the KidZania City that can be used by visitors. Each child and accompanying adult that visits KidZania are checked in and receive a bracelet to wear around their wrist. This bracelet contains a radio frequency antenna and has an identification chip installed. This is referred to as Radio Frequency Identification or ‘RFID’.
On check-in, the child’s RFID bracelet is matched with the adult with which they arrived. When the child and adult come to leave KidZania they can only do so if they are checked out in person by a staff member who scans their bracelets and matches them as the child and adult that arrived. A child can only leave with the adult with which they arrived. After the scanning check out process is complete the bracelet is then removed by a member of staff.
No child will be able to exit KidZania without being matched to the adult who was present at arrival.
Children aged 0-7 (inclusive) must be accompanied by a full paying adult (18+) at all times. Children aged 8 and over can enter the city unaccompanied, but an adult must be present for the admission for all children into KidZania London.
Highly Qualified Employees
All of our employees receive professional training for the correct management of eventualities and emergencies. Additionally we have employees manning the entrance and exit at all times while the city is open to ensure all visitors are safe. As well as the Duty Manager, we have several senior employees roaming the City using their experience and knowledge of the facility to strengthen our commitment to ensuring KidZania is a safe environment.
RFID Security Bracelets
Visitors receive a bracelet to wear around their wrist with a radio frequency antenna and an identification chip installed. On arrival both adult and child will receive a security RFID bracelet. No child will be able to exit KidZania without being matched to the adult who was present at arrival. Children aged 0-7 (inclusive) must be accompanied by a full paying adult (18+) at all times.
