Please book online in advance as we have a limited number of tickets. Over 18s please follow this link to book and select your entry time.

Yes, however, we'd hate for anyone to miss out as limited tickets are available, so we highly recommend booking online in advance to avoid any potential disappointment.

Our tickets are non-refundable; however, we can alter the date and time of your tickets on request. Please be aware that any amendments will incur a £15 administration fee. If the new time slot or date is for tickets of a higher value than those originally purchased, you will be charged the difference. To do this, please call our Contact Centre on 0330 131 3333 and make sure you have your booking confirmation to hand. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability and must be made before the date of your experience. 

Alternatively, you may choose to add Ticket Protection at the time of booking for an additional fee, a service provided by TicketPlan - read more here.

If you are late to your booking this will mean you get less time to explore our immersive activities. Please try and get to your time slot 15 minutes before so that we can manage queues effectively.

We have a bottle bar serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and you can purchase food from our Fire House restaurant, including pizza, burgers and hot dogs (Vegan/vegetarian options available & see below for special dietary needs). 

Please do not bring outside food and drinks into KidZania. Our dedicated team will be conducting bag checks at the entrance to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Entry to KidZania London with immersive role play activities available from 7-11pm.

Drink packages are available to purchase with your ticket. Please take a look at the options when booking online. 

During your visit, there will be a bottle bar serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You will be able to purchase food from our Fire House restaurant, including pizza, pasta, hot dogs, burgers, jacket potatoes and nuggets. There will be vegan/vegetarian options available. Please let a member of staff know on arrival if you have any allergies.

It's not a cloakroom, but lockers are available to hire for £3.50 instead to store your belongings safely.

Food consumed on-site must be purchased inside KidZania (see above for food options). No outside food and drink is to be brought into KidZania London.
