
Careers Festival is back!
That's right! From 4th-8th March 2024, we are inviting students aged 4-14 back as we host another Careers Festival!
Students will experience our immersive activities for up to 4 hours and will have the chance to meet with an incredible range of industry professionals. We have a broad selection of companies across a variety of sectors for your students to speak to, including those from British Airways, Met Police, and more!
Our next Careers Festival will take place from 4th - 8th March.
N.B. Visiting professionals available to speak to on each day will vary.
Top tip!
If your students visit 3 or more professions, they will receive an additional 5 kidZos (the KidZanian currency)! At the end of the festival students can decide how to spend their valued money, or simply save for their next visit.

Dorsett
Dorsett Shepherds Bush hotel representatives will teach kids about housekeeping, hotel management and excellent customer service. They will also inspire kids about career opportunities in the hospitality industry.
British Airways
British Airways pilots and cabin crew will teach children how they can start a career in the aviation industry and what it means to work on a plane! Kids will have the chance to ask the crew questions and be inspired to embark on a career in aviation.
Descendants Charity
Descendants Charity is an arts-focused organisation aimed at children and young people aged 4-16, primarily but not exclusively of African and Caribbean descent. Descendants will introduce the children to poetry and storytelling by getting the children to write a different section of a story which will teach the children how powerful words can be in any setting. They will also talk about a career in the charity sector.
KidsTime2Play
Authors Marcia Rowe and Kelita Wood will talk about a career in writing. They have written two educational children's books "Time2Play: Marc's First Visit," showcasing Marc's excitement for a new class, and "Careers Week with Marc and Friends," children will have a chance to work on worksheets with them and ask tips on how to become authors.
The Home Office
The Home Office will help children create ID cards, similar to a document which is given to someone who claims asylum in the UK. They will also explain what they do and how they tackle immigration.
Metropolitan Police
The Metropolitan Police Service (Met Police) will provide children with essential lessons on safety, online etiquette, respect for others, and the importance of obeying the law, instilling responsible behaviour, and a strong sense of community engagement in young minds.
DanceWest
DanceWest will offer essential insight into building a career in dance and will run fun interactive classes. While, also providing knowledge and skills to the children on how to become dance instructors to promote health and well-being.
Double Check Security Group
Double Check Security Group is all about serving and safeguarding customers around the world through various sectors such as; Retail, Transport and Corporate by being able to offer a personal touch and bespoke solutions to their customers. Double Check Security Group will teach children how to check IDs and conduct bag checks effectively and how to provide good customer service. They will also explain the importance of checking those IDs and bags to maintain a safe environment and prevent any potential threats or risks.
