As we take photos around the city of your littles ones in our immersive activities, there's even an opportunity to grab a uniform and strike a pose as a family! These will be available to purchase and take away!

We have our own First Aid room and trained First Aiders to administer first aid to visitors and employees. For any medical concerns during your visit please speak to a member of staff who will contact an available First Aider. Please ensure you keep any personal medication with you at all times during your visit. KidZania London is not able to store any medication for visitors.
We provide Allergy Awareness wristbands upon request during check-in. If any of your children have any specific allergies, please inform a member of the Airport team on arrival. Our activity supervisors will check for these wristbands before allowing entry to the activity. Children who may be at risk of being exposed to allergens will not be permitted access to the activity for their own health and safety. Guest wifi is available throughout the venue. You may be asked to provide your details to access this. Please note all date is stored in line with our Privacy Policy.
If your children are 8+ and you want to let them explore the city while you make the most of our fabulous location at Westfield London, you can even score some great discounts on all your favourite shops! During check-in at our airport, ask our team for your Westfield VIP Pass. Once your children have been checked-in, take the pass to any of Westfield's Guest Service Desks and have it validated for discount shopping! Don't Forget, Westfield also offer a range of services including Hands-Free Shopping, Cloakrooms and a welcoming Taxi Lounge while you wait for your black cab!
