Adult Nights Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1 INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1 KidZania London is operated by Edutainment Operations Limited (“we”, “us” and “our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12299506 and have our registered office at: Westfield Shopping Centre, Ariel Way, London, United Kingdom, W12 7GF. Our main trading address for correspondence is KidZania London, Unit 5001, Service Yard B, Ariel Way, Westfield London W12 7GA. We are a limited company.
2 FREE PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2.2 The prize draw is being run by KidZania London which is operated by Edutainment Operations Limited.
3 ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
3.1 You must be 18+ to enter, UK only.
3.2 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3.3 A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
3.4 The prize draw is free to enter.
4 HOW TO ENTER
4.1 The prize draw can be entered either on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok on Friday 3rd November 2023 between 18:30 and 23:00. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
4.2 To enter the prize draw simply complete the instructions.
4.3 KidZania London will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
5 THE PRIZE
5.1 The prize will include 4 Adult tickets to KidZania London Adult Nights redeemable on any Adult Nights that occur before 29th February 2024.
5.2 The winner will be drawn at random.
5.3 The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.4 We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our content make it necessary to do so.
5.5 The decision of KidZania London regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into it.
6 WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
6.1 The winner will be notified within 7 days after the competition ends via KidZania sending them a congratulatory message via direct messaging and then KidZania tagging the winner in the competition post afterwards.
7 RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE
7.1 Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize via email.
8 DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
8.1 You consent to any personal information you provided in entering the prize draw being used by KidZania London to administer the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy policy.
9 GENERAL
9.1 KidZania London reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
9.2 The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of any courts of England and Wales.
