Important Information – COVID-19 Update

Update re: Government guidelines as of 31st October 2020

At KidZania London the safety of our staff, visitors and the wider community continues to be our top priority. To ensure this, we have worked continuously with local authorities and have followed UK government guidelines and the latest advice from Public Health England closely.

To continue our compliance with the updated government guidelines, KidZania London will temporarily close its in-door city at London Westfield from 5th November 2020.

We would like to reassure our customers that we will be contacting all those with bookings which have been affected by this closure, and in order for us to manage bookings effectively, we ask that all guests wait for a member of team to be in contact. We will be working through bookings in order of visit date effected and thank you for your patience as this time.

We will continue to monitor the development of these new restrictions closely, with safety remaining of paramount importance. In the meantime, you can visit our social media pages and website for the latest updates, information and FAQs.

Our team will be in contact with you if you have a booking for a visit date on or after the 5th November 2020 and is affected by these updated guidelines. Our team will be working through the effected bookings in date order, and we ask that you wait to be contacted in order for us to manage bookings effectively. We thank you for your patience at this time.

We will continue to remain operational until Wednesday, 4th November and  open as normal. If you have a booking during this period but have any queries or concerns, please email enquiries@kidzania.co.uk for more information.

Following advice from the UK government and Public Health England, we will be closed from Thursday, 5th November 2020 until 2nd December 2020 pending further updates Given the rapidly evolving nature of the situation surrounding COVD-19, we will continually review this in line with the latest advice and will post an update on a firm date for reopening once known. As always the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our number one priority and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as possible.

We will be extending all Annual Passes automatically by the amount of days that you have been affected by the enforced government closure at the end of the affected period. KidZania London will email you directly once this has been completed. In order to be able to manage bookings effectively at this time, we ask that you do not contact unless you have any further issues or queries.
