We advise pre-booking tickets in advance to avoid disappointment as we have limited availability.

We may need to hold and potentially share basic information about our visitors as part of contact tracing schemes including NHS Test Trace. This information will only be shared when necessary to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and support public health efforts. It also ensures the safety of all our guests and staff. Physical kidZo cash from previous visits will be accepted to make a purchase in the city. These can also be added onto their bank cards. Children will still receive a bank card during check in with their 50 kidZos already loaded. Any kidZos spent or earnt throughout the activities can be added or subtracted on this card and it can be used for purchases in the Department Store.

Yes, we intend to run as close to normal operation as possible. Hand sanitiser and regular hand washing will be encouraged throughout the city, as well as regular cleaning taking place of these areas. Please note water fountains will not be available due to health and safety reasons.

We would like to reassure all guests that we are taking the necessary measures to provide a safe, hygienic and fun environment for you to visit. However, we understand that due to unforeseen circumstances or if you have developed symptoms of the coronavirus or if its unsafe for you to travel you may require to change the date/time of your booking. Please email our team on [email protected] with your order number to discuss your options. Please note that our team are working remotely and responses can take up to five working days.

Please note that we will be operating on reduced visitation slots, so please check our calendar before booking a date. 

We will be accepting cash from 24th July. We also accept debit/cred card payments. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, so we advise pre-booking to avoid disappointment.

When you are ready to revisit KidZania London, please contact our reservations team at [email protected] with your order number, where they will provide you with a step by step guide about your reschedule voucher.

Infants and early years children (under 4 years old) will be allowed to enter KidZania London. You can find more about our Early Years area here. All children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Entrance of adults without children is forbidden.

We welcome and encourage all guests, including children aged 11 and above, to wear face coverings at all times throughout their visit.

We will be extending all Annual Passes automatically by the amount of days that you have been affected by the enforced government closure at the end of that period. KidZania London will email you directly once this has been completed. In order to be able to manage bookings effectively at this time, we ask that you do not contact unless you have any further issues or queries.

We will be extending Annual Pass free of charge and this will happen automatically. 

We will be able to offer a partial refund for the amount of days that you have been affected by the enforced government closure at the end of that period. Please contact [email protected] where a member of our team will be able to assist with this refund.

If your gift voucher expired during the period whilst we were closed, please contact our reservations team at [email protected] to redeem it and book in a new visit date.

Please check the cancellation/refund policies of these providers as we are not responsible for these bookings. Ahead of reopening, we will inform those customers with imminent bookings by contacting them directly. We will also post an announcement on our website and social channels, as well as email everyone signed up to our newsletters.

Please check the Westfields website for a full list of their health and safety measures put in place, including sign posted one way entry and exit systems, cashless parking, closure of food courts and restaurants.

If travelling by public transport, then please visit the TfL website for their health and safety guidelines. 

Due to health and safety reasons and to reduce contact between children, costumes will not be available for children to wear. Please keep an eye out on our website for any changes on this.

From 27th January, all guests aged 18 years and over (entering, dropping children off and collecting) will no longer be required to show proof that they are fully vaccinated, have proof of a negative test in the last 48 hours, or that they have an exemption.
