Yes. Every guest will be required to have their temperature taken on arrival to KidZania London using a contact free thermometer. Those displaying a temperature of 37.8 degrees or higher will not be admitted to the attraction. We therefore ask any guest who feels unwell or displays any symptoms of coronavirus not to visit the attraction.
Alongside the contact free temperature check, all guests will be required to verbally answer three questions before being permitted entry to the attraction. These questions will ascertain if you or any member of your household have been in contact with anyone or are themselves displaying symptoms of coronavirus before we permit them entry to the city. If any member of your household should fail to disclose the information requested or provide unsatisfactory answers to the questions, we will deny entry to that individual.
Physical kidZo cash from previous visits will be accepted to make a purchase in the city. These can also be added onto their bank cards. Children will still receive a bank card during check in with their 50 kidZos already loaded. Any kidZos spent or earnt throughout the activities can be added or subtracted on this card and it can be used for purchases in the Department Store.
Yes, we intend to run as close to normal operation as possible. Hand sanitiser and regular hand washing will be encouraged throughout the city, as well as regular cleaning taking place of these areas.
We would like to reassure all guests that we are taking the necessary measures to provide a safe, hygienic and fun environment for you to visit. However, we understand that due to unforeseen circumstances or if you have developed symptoms of the coronavirus or if its unsafe for you to travel you may require to change the date/time of your booking. Although the government went ahead with their roadmap out of lockdown, we are continuing to ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe visit. Please note the following safety measures:
1. We encourage that all guests aged 11+ wear face coverings throughout their visit.
2. Contactless temperature checks will be in place upon entry to KidZania. Anyone that displays a temperature higher than 37.8 degrees will not be admitted, and we reserve the right to deny entry to the whole party. We will be able to reschedule your visit should this happen.

4. All guests are encouraged to download the NHS track and trace app to check in when you arrive.
Infants and early years children (under 4 years old) will be allowed to enter KidZania London. You can find more about our Early Years area here. All children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Entrance of adults without children is forbidden.

We will be extending all Annual Passes automatically by the amount of days that you have been affected by the enforced government closure at the end of that period. KidZania London will email you directly once this has been completed. In order to be able to manage bookings effectively at this time, we ask that you do not contact unless you have any further issues or queries.

We will be able to offer a partial refund for the amount of days that you have been affected by the enforced government closure at the end of that period. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our team will be able to assist with this refund.
If your gift voucher expired during the period whilst we were closed, please contact our reservations team at email@example.com to redeem it and book in a new visit date.
