Important Information – COVID-19 Update

Update re: Government guidelines as of 31st October 2020

At KidZania London the safety of our staff, visitors and the wider community continues to be our top priority. To ensure this, we have worked continuously with local authorities and have followed UK government guidelines and the latest advice from Public Health England closely.

To continue our compliance with the updated government guidelines, KidZania London will temporarily close its in-door city at London Westfield from from Thursday 5th November until Saturday 5th December 2020 when we will reopen our doors.

We would like to reassure our customers that we will be contacting all those with bookings which have been affected by this closure, and in order for us to manage bookings effectively, we ask that all guests wait for a member of team to be in contact. We will be working through bookings in order of visit date effected and thank you for your patience as this time.

We will continue to monitor the development of these new restrictions closely, with safety remaining of paramount importance. In the meantime, you can visit our social media pages and website for the latest updates, information and FAQs.

Please ensure you watch our video and read the full list of health and safety measures before visiting...

We ask that all guests satisfy the following four criteria as a condition of entry to KidZania London to ensure the safety of staff and guests...

1. All persons (including children 4+) wear a mask during their visit. Those with some medical conditions or disabilities will not be required to wear a mask.

2. Contactless temperature checks will be in place upon entry to KidZania. Anyone that displays a temperature higher than 37.8 degrees will not be admitted, and we reserve the right to deny entry to the whole party. We will be able to reschedule your visit should this happen.

3. All guests will need to verbally answer three questions before being permitted entry to the attraction to ascertain if any member of the household has been in contact with or are themselves displaying symptoms or coronavirus. If any member of your household should fail to disclose the information requested or provide unsatisfactory answers to the questions, we reserve the right to deny entry to the whole party. We will be able to reschedule your visit should this happen.

4. Ensure one member of your party has downloaded the NHS track and trace app in order for you to check in when you arrive.

We are continuing to follow governmental guidelines and so these are subject to ongoing review.
