Important Information – COVID-19 Update

Update re: Government guidelines as of 22nd February 2021

We welcome the Government's roadmap announcement as the UK takes the first steps towards easing the lockdown - in particular, the news that the entertainment sector can start reopening from 17th May. We are working our way through the details for the roadmap and what it means for the reopening of KidZania London.

Watch this space – there will be further updates here and on our social channels for the latest information and FAQs. Thank you for your patience and support!

At KidZania London, we can’t wait to welcome you back for some much-needed family fun and learning by doing for the kids!

For those who haven’t booked but are interested in purchasing a gift voucher, these are currently at a reduced price of £25 per child and can be used to make a future booking within a year of purchase. Any purchase to support KidZania at this time is hugely appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

Please ensure you watch our video and read the full list of health and safety measures before visiting...

We ask that all guests satisfy the following four criteria as a condition of entry to KidZania London to ensure the safety of staff and guests...

1. All persons (including children 4+) wear a mask during their visit. Those with some medical conditions or disabilities will not be required to wear a mask.

2. Contactless temperature checks will be in place upon entry to KidZania. Anyone that displays a temperature higher than 37.8 degrees will not be admitted, and we reserve the right to deny entry to the whole party. We will be able to reschedule your visit should this happen.

3. All guests will need to verbally answer three questions before being permitted entry to the attraction to ascertain if any member of the household has been in contact with or are themselves displaying symptoms or coronavirus. If any member of your household should fail to disclose the information requested or provide unsatisfactory answers to the questions, we reserve the right to deny entry to the whole party. We will be able to reschedule your visit should this happen.

4. Ensure one member of your party has downloaded the NHS track and trace app in order for you to check in when you arrive.

We are continuing to follow governmental guidelines and so these are subject to ongoing review.
