We have been having some fun here in the city! Read below to see how our 'Back of House' staff got on as Zupervisors for the day!

Over the past weeks, here at KidZania we launched an exciting new ‘A Day in the life of a Zupervisor’ initiative! For this our management team and all of our back of house staff have been having a go at running the activities out in the city and working together with our Establishments team!
Here is Carlo, our Stockroom Manager getting stuck in with our awesome K-Market activity! Carlo’s typical day-to-day is quite different to this but he had a great time stacking shelves and helping our K-Market assistants at the check-outs!
Check out Bruce our Financial Controller, who traded his day of spreadsheets and finance fun for a shift at the Customer Services desk! It was a busy day at the Customer Services desk, welcoming customers, resolving queries and making sure our young visitors are happy before and after their visits to KidZania!
Our Warehouse Team are always busy in and around the city with parcels, deliveries and new stock! Here is Akil from HR, who joined the team down in the Stockroom, learning the ropes as a member of the team for a day!
Teamwork truly makes the dream-work! The above are just a handful of examples of how our teams have worked together over the past few weeks – not being afraid to muck in and learn new skills to deliver the ultimate experience for the kids that visit the city every day! We look forward to running this initiative again in the future and spending ‘A Day in the Life’ in lots of other roles!
